Two things are billed separately and transparently: Meta's per-conversation WhatsApp message fees (set by Meta, standard across all providers), and — on the AI-enabled Growth plan — AI usage, billed by the call at a small fee over token cost from a prepaid wallet. The monthly plan price covers the CRM and platform; AI features (reply suggestions, lead summaries, the FAQ bot) are billed by usage from a prepaid wallet — the underlying token cost plus a small platform fee. You only pay for the AI you actually use, and you can cap or top up the wallet yourself. Starter has no AI; Growth includes it on this pay-as-you-go basis.
